- Non-Delivery of Services: If Aaban Solutions fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the service contract or project scope.
- Service Discontinuation: If Aaban Solutions discontinues services without justified reasons before project completion.
- Unsatisfactory Performance: If the delivered service does not meet mutually agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or contractual obligations, and the client provides sufficient proof of underperformance.
1.2 Non-Eligible Circumstances for Refunds
- Change of Requirements: If the client modifies the service scope, project objectives, or key parameters after signing the agreement.
- Client Non-Cooperation: If the client fails to provide necessary materials, responses, or approvals in a timely manner, leading to project delays or failures.
- Force Majeure: If the service disruption is caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or cybersecurity incidents.
1.3 Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, the client must:
- Submit a written request via email to our support team within 30 days of project completion or service discontinuation.
- Provide supporting evidence, such as reports, analytics, or communication logs, to justify the refund claim.
- Allow Aaban Solutions up to 30 days to review and process the refund request.
1.4 Refund Processing
- If the refund request is approved, Aaban Solutions will process the refund within 30 days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or the client’s designated bank account.
- Refunds will be provided in Indian Rupees (INR) or the original transaction currency, subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Client
- Project-Based Services: Clients can cancel before the project initiation. Once work has begun, cancellations may be subject to a partial refund based on work completed.
- Subscription-Based Services: Clients must request cancellation at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
2.2 Cancellation by Aaban Solutions
- Violation of Terms: If the client breaches contractual obligations, including non-payment or misuse of services.
- Operational Constraints: If we are unable to continue providing services due to legal, technical, or business reasons.
In such cases, the client will be notified, and a prorated refund may be issued based on the service period used.
2.3 Cancellation Request Process
- Clients must submit a written cancellation request via email.
- Cancellation requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the terms mentioned above.
3. Amendments to Policy
Aaban Solutions reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
